MONTICELLO, AR (September 9, 2021) –SeaArk Boats and leaders in the catfishing segment of the fishing industry, came together this weekend in support of the North Mississippi Catfish Club’s second annual Fishing for a Cure Catfish Tournament.
The event donated half of the proceeds to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. A total of $14,710.00 was raised to help children beat childhood cancer. Tournament director, Brad Andrews, said, “None of this would have been possible without the generous sponsors who donated and the anglers who fished and gave back to this great cause.”
SeaArk Boats provided a RiverCat 2060 to giveaway along with a Suzuki motor and Marine Master trailer. Several sponsors came together and rigged out the boat with tackles, nets, rod holders, anchors, and more. Those sponsors included: Smackdown Catfishing, Dub-L-Seat, RigRap, Tackle Bandit, Cat River Anchors, Rock Creek Outdoors, Pipeline Tackle and Reel Service, RS Nets USA, Dales Tackle, Parks Planers, and B’n’M Fishing.
